I’m Skyler Harris—a Nashville-based Realtor and woman of faith with a heart for people, words, and meaningful work. I love beautiful homes, good music, deep conversations, and the Word of God. Whether I’m serving a client, speaking to a room, or pouring into the women coming behind me, I want my life and work to reflect what I believe: serve well, live fully, and bear good fruit.

How I Got Here

Before beginning my career as a Realtor®, I served the City of Murfreesboro, TN as a Police Officer—training in crisis intervention, serving in the community, and walking alongside people through some of their hardest moments.

I didn’t know it then, but God was teaching me how to sit with people in the places that mattered. How to listen. How to communicate. How to remain steady when things felt anything but.

Eventually, Real Estate gave those lessons a new place to live. The uniform changed, but so much of what mattered to me didn’t: people, service, trust, and being someone others could count on when the next decision felt like a big one.

And somewhere along the way, I began to understand that none of those seasons were separate. God has used every one of them—the officer, the Realtor, the worshipper, the mentor, the woman with something to say—to shape the way I serve today.

How I Show Up

I believe in doing things well. In listening before I speak. In telling the truth with love. In praying about it—and then being willing to move when God says move.

Whether I’m serving a client, standing in front of a room, or sitting across from one of the women coming behind me, I want people to feel seen, cared for, and confident that I’m fully present.

I take the work seriously. I just don’t believe we have to take ourselves seriously all the time.

What Anchors Me

  • Jesus

    Before anything I do, I am His. My faith isn't one part of my life—it is the foundation underneath all of it.

  • The Word

    Scripture is where I return for truth, correction, wisdom, and direction. What God says gets the final word.

  • Worship

    Worship has always been one of the ways I come home to God. In a song, in obedience, in gratitude, in the ordinary—I want my life to be worship.

Outside the Office

A lot of what matters most to me will never show up on a résumé.

I’m a worshipper, a runner, a lover of good music and good food, and a firm believer in enjoying the life God has given me. I love to travel, laugh with my people, and find joy in ordinary days.

But some of my greatest joy comes from pouring into the women coming behind me. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring young women, walking alongside them in their faith, and reminding them of something I pray they never forget: who they are and Whose they are.

I want my life to bear good fruit—not only in what I build, but in what I leave in the people God allows me to love along the way.
